Processing Time
In-Stock Items
For products that are ready to ship, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and packaging.
Made-to-Order Items
For custom or made-to-order pieces, the crafting process typically takes 7–14 business days before shipment.
Some highly intricate pieces may require additional time. If your order needs longer than usual, we will contact you by email.
